- Mon - Fri: Office Hour
- Location: Central
- 12 Months Contract (Convertible)
The Requirement:
- At least 2-3 years of secreterial/ business support experience preferably with experience supporting expat manager
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
Job Description:
- Providing full administrative support to the team and secretarial assistance to the Singapore Branch Manager
- Proactively contribute to the manager's calendar including organizing appointments, meetings, send reminders or notice of meeting cancellation or changes taking and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Manage and coordinate Branch Manager and/or team travel, accommodation, transportation, etc.
- Assist with preparation of meeting presentation
- Taking notes and following up for meetings
- Responsible for end to end of processing Manager’s reimbursements for medical, entertainment and business trips.
- Support in the relocation of expat and families moving to Singapore
- Carry out office administration and/or projects as requested by the Branch Manager
- Manage team reimbursement for payroll processing
- Ensure the office is in compliance with HSE regulations
- Any other ad-hoc duties
