The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in a well-known Pharma MNC
• Duration: 1 year renewable contract
• Salary Range: Up to $2,600 (depending on experience)

• Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

Job Scope

• Perform inventory management-related functions such as monitoring slow moving/dead stock, conducting cycle counting and yearly inventories etc
• Increase Company revenue by controlling customer spending, providing daily customer service functions, and collaborating with the customer relative to inventory management.
• Perform purchasing functions such as providing level 2 and 3 ESS support (B/O, DFS, or 3P Support)
• Perform shipping coordination activities such as shipping customer material, preparing shipping documentation and packaging requirement
• Maintaining inspections on safety stations and equipment + collaboration with the manufacturing team

Requirements

• Minimum ITE/Diploma or equivalent
• 2 year of relevant experience in material handling/inventory replenishment/Customer service is expected
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail, great communication skills
• Working experience with MS office suites, especially excel and words

Job Description

• Perform data cleansing and entry tasks within defined timelines.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entry into the PLM system.
• Coordinate and source ingredient, packaging, product, process, and quality specifications for existing products.
• Adhoc admin duties when required, IE documentation
