MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(A) SPECIFIC
- To assist the Head of Department to maintain personal files, co-ordinate staff appraisals and other confidential works
- Responsible for typing of professional memos and correspondence
- Responsible for calendar of activities for professional development
- Responsible for requisition of internet access, name cards, name stamps, laptop etc for department
- Responsible for stationery order
- To assist in the preparation of training/teaching slides and other presentation slides
- To coordinate/assist in the development of training programmes for basic and advance programmes
- Booking of facilities
- To organise departmental meetings, minutes taking and ensure follow-up of outstanding matters
- Responsible for preparation of monthly report, updating of department funds and other funds
(B) GENERAL
- To provide admin support for overseas visitors
- To provide admin support for all courses, including preparation of course materials, feedback forms, certificates, liaison with external partners and registration
- Embrace continuous improvement as our way of life by improving and refining work performance on a daily basis.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Experience in administrative duties
