Jobscope

• Assist in administrative matter in company day to day operations
• Provide Customer Service to our clients
• Basic bookkeeping for financial
• Upkeep daily Logistics report as requested by management
• Basic HR knowledge
• Able to communicate and discuss administrative matters with employees
• Other adhoc duties assigned by Management
• 6 Days work week
• Saturdays (Half Day)
• Experience in handling Xero Software is a bonus

Requirement

• English speaking
• Fresh graduates are welcome too
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and powerpoint(complusory)
• Must be proficient in Google drive

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
• Assist with project management tasks and liaise with other departments and external partners.
• Screen calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
• Maintain filing systems and organize office supplies and documents.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by senior management.
