You will be joining a global tech giant. This role focuses on providing technical troubleshooting support to leading app publishers in Greater China through multiple channels (WeChat, Email). You will assist Account Managers in addressing technical inquiries and gain expertise in mobile app monetization, specifically with ad products like AdMob and Firebase.
Responsibilities:
- Build expertise around mobile app ad monetization products and implementations (Android, iOS, Unity)
- Troubleshoot Technical issues from App Developers
- Assist Sales Team on Product and Technical related questions
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years experience Mobile Development Skills (iOS/Android/Unity)
- 5+ years experience of Technical Troubleshooting Experience
- Ability to collaborate with engineers and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (and vice versa).
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently and idiomatically
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience with Firebase (Analytics, Remote Config, A/B Test)
- Experience in Ad Tech Industry
