As a Admin Executive (Property) you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Answer phone calls and assist walk-in residents.
- Record and manage resident inquiries or complaints.
- Coordinate bookings for estate facilities (BBQ pits, tennis courts, function rooms) per policies.
- Support office and estate facility maintenance, liaising with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for estate documentation.
- Regularly update notice boards.
- Manage maintenance fee billing, including issuing reminders and notices.
- Assist with MCST accounts (receivables, payables, petty cash).
- Help coordinate council and annual general meetings as directed by the Condominium Manager.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/Manager.
Requirements:
- Candidate who possess 1 year of relevant experience will be an added advantage
- Min GCE N Level and above
