Admin Assistant (Up $2500 / East)

The Role:

• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Issue and manage personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees and visitors
• Oversee locker allocation and maintenance in locker rooms
• Manage access cards and the access control system
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders
• Generate and monitor attendance reports and verify timesheets for temporary employees
• Arrange courier services, mailing, and dispatch of documents
• Administer employee leave applications and maintain records
• Manage daily staff meal orders with vendors and coordinate buffet catering for events
• Monitor and replenish pantry supplies and vending machine stocks
• Source and purchase stationery and other office items
• Submit claims and benefits for employees through the company system
• Manage overseas visitors' travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and local transportation
• Support welfare activities and initiatives for employees
• Provide HR and administrative assistance to employees at all levels.

Benefits:

• Location: Tampines
• Working hrs: 830am – 530pm ( Mon – Fri)
• Range will be $2000 to $2,500
