- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate order status and delivery schedules to customers in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE certificate and above.
- Preferably 1 year of previous experience in administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with high volume data entry.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm.
- Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Company bus pick up at Jurong East MRT station)
