The IT Administrative Assistant supports the ICT team with procurement, financial management, scheduling, and event planning. The role involves comprehensive administrative duties for the department.
Working Arrangement: 3 working days per week, office hours
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders (POs) for IT supplies and services, ensuring timely processing.
- Process invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate approval processes and liaise with signatories to ensure proper documentation.
- Organise meetings, events, and team activities, providing logistical support.
- Assist with calendar management for the ICT Director, scheduling appointments and meetings.
Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience, preferably in an IT environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software and calendar management tools.
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field.
