Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the General Manager and the Senior Management team. Assist in fulfilling daily office requirements while overseeing the coordination of administrative calendars and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Offer administrative assistance to the General Manager and the Senior Management team, aiding in fulfilling daily office requirements while overseeing the coordination of administrative calendars and activities.
- Undertake various general administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Efficiently coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking venues and overseeing room setup logistics.
- Manage incoming phone calls, providing appropriate responses or directing calls to the relevant parties.
- Organize and schedule appointments, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- Effective organisation of documents using Microsoft Teams.
- Replenish office supplies, ensuring timely restocking and availability.
- Take comprehensive minutes during meetings will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma in Business Administration
- At least 5 years' relevant work experience.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Exhibit effective time management abilities.
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and email systems.
- Pay meticulous attention to details.
- Showcase strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with others.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
