Job Scope:
1. Consolidate Orders / acknowledge receipt of orders
2. Issue Invoice, Delivery Order, Consignment Note
3. Filing of documents
4. Logistics
· Coordinating with Drivers and Customers regarding deliveries
· Checking / verifying the stocks prior loading of drivers
5. Inventory
· Assisting in stock count with the Storekeeper periodically
· Supervising stocks.
· Issuing Stock transfer and ensure related custom permit is issued.
7. Answering phone calls , responding email and SMS queries
8. Maintain office supplies for department
9. Assist in our Online Sales channel

Qualification
- Diploma Graduate or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
- Fast Learner, organized and good administrative skills.
