Part-Time Personal Assistant
At Apogee Collective, we are a Singaporean-based sexual wellness company empowering pleasure with our two brands, Genvie and Hedonist. We are on a mission to liberate true sexual satisfaction and enable a journey of happiness guided by one’s true pleasure. This role reports directly to Meryl, the co-founder, with a dotted line reporting to Jacqueline, the co-founder, and is required to work independently and as a team. Hybrid working (70/30 in-person & WFH) with flexible working hours. Office location conveniently located at Tanjong Pagar, with pool and gym facilities as welfare benefits.
Job Scope
- Provide administrative support on a wide range of matters from HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, Legal, Website Support, etc.
- Support in corporate matters liaising with accountant, corporate secretary and legal advisor when needed
- Update month closing reports and post-mortem analysis for partnerships on a monthly basis
- Project manage partnerships with our collaboration partners, liaising closely with Marketing and Logistics counterparts
- Manage co-founder’s calendars and schedule external meetings and interviews
- Provide logistics support on an ad-hoc basis
Compensation of up to $1.2K per month
- $15 per hour
- 3-5 hours per day, 3-4 days a week
