Job Summary:
The Admin Account Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and accounting support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling daily administrative tasks, maintaining financial records, and assisting with various accounting functions. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties
2. Accounting Support:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Reconcile bank statements and track financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

3. Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
4. Communication:
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal staff to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
5. Other Duties:
- Assist in special projects and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Min. GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- May require occasional lifting of office supplies and equipment.
