- Administrative Support : Provide administrative assistance to the sales team.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Communication: Answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and facilitating communication with clients
- Purchasing and Customer Liaison: Handle purchasing tasks and coordinate with suppliers and customers & Production. Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication.
- Order Processing and General Duties: Process delivery orders, invoices, and related documents. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum ITE or Diploma qualification.
- Training: On-the-job training provided.
- Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese
Administrative assistants should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills.
They should also be proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
