Data entry, database and other computer-related tasks
Office administration duties
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
Supports operations by supervising staffs, planning, organizing and implementing administrative systems
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Undertake any other task delegated by the management
Handling chinese workers
Preparation of invoicing
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma
Responsible individual who is diplomatic and possess strong communication skills
Self-starter, fast learner and analytical with a “can-do" attitude
Good written and oral/presentation skills
Strong computer proficiency
Bilingual in English and other languages
