Job Description
· Asists to answer incoming phone calls and email regarding for sales enquiries
· Assists in generate of reports
· Any other general admin filing, ad hoc duties as assigned by superior .
Requirement
· Experience in customer service will be an advantage
· Has an excellent command of the English language (written, spoken)
· Willingness to learn
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Team player but also able to work independently and with minimal supervision
· work week : 5.5 days
