We are a Live Stream company looking to recruit Live Stream Admin.
Main Role and Responsibilities
- Preparation of each live show include, products details, supplier information, costings, historical performance, live streamers strength and weakness
- During live show, person-in-charge of the show and provide instant resolution to unexpected problems, in compliance of regulation
- Provide administrative support to live streamers during their live shows with customer support and payments administration
- Prepare and publish order / payment links for products during livestream shows. (Training on software will be provided), and post on their Facebook comment.
- Provide solutions to customer enquires during the stream
- Reconcile and prepare of delivery reports after livestream shows
- Handle all emails and correspondence regarding after sales enquiry in a timely manner
- Handle all emails and correspondence regarding after sales enquiry in a timely manner
- Work with Supply Chain Team to manage the complete supply chain of the company
- Work with team to achieve sales target
- Able to build good rapport with employees across all verticals
- Ability to manage and co-ordinate with the various stakeholders
Requirements :
- Retail experience will be good
- MS Excel understanding and skill preferred
- Team player
- Willingness to learn
- Able to cope with fast paced working enviroment
- Good organizational skill and meticulous to details
- Candidates are required to be bilingual; live stream shows are done in both Chinese and English
- Must be prepared to travel overseas for livestream shows when required
