Handling invoices, payments, and receipts for suppliers, vendors, and clients.
Generating financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for F&B staff, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
Assist in financial record-keeping tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports as needed.
Liaising with other departments, suppliers, and clients to resolve financial queries and discrepancies.
Provide administrative assistance to the F&B department, including handling correspondence, phone calls, emails, and other communication.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems for F&B-related documents such as invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and inventory reports.
Provide administrative support for F&B events, including coordinating logistics, and assisting with event setup and teardown.
Assist in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in F&B operations, including maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Job Requirement
Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Xero accounting
Basic understanding of F&B operations and terminology within the hospitality industry.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions.
A degree or diploma in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not always required, depending on experience.
