Secretary cum Receptionist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Receptionist and Secretary to the Chief Executive.
Receive all mail and attend to dispatch, maintain receipt and dispatch register.
Attend visitors and maintain visitor register.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
To Collect and drop letters at letter-box regularly and distribute mails / packages.
Ensure maintenance of meeting/conference rooms.
Pantry items to be stocked up regularly. To serve refreshments to guests / visitors.
Other duties i.e., filing of voucher / documents as assigned by Head of the department.
Requirements:
Immediate Vacancy / Able to start work within short notice
Minimum Qualification: GCE O Level
Candidates with past experience will be an advantage. Freshers are welcome to apply
Familiar with Financial Institution's environment.
