Review and evaluate personal banking credit facility applications submitted by the various business units, including but not limited to credit cards, housing loans, premium financing loans etc. Ensure that credit applications submitted are in line with the Bank's credit guidelines and regulatory requirements. Approve personal banking credit facility applications within delegated approval authority. Review and submit for higher level approval if necessary. Contribute to the Bank's review and revision of various credit policies and procedures, and assist in the risk review of various business initiatives. Perform loan portfolio monitoring and reviews, identify risk areas and propose mitigating measures to discuss with business departments. Participate in user requirements gathering and system enhancement projects, as well as User Acceptance Testing. Complete other assigned works by the department.
