A fast-growing player in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Finance and Payroll Accountant to join their organisation.

You will handle the key areas of finance and HR/Payroll admin matters such as processing of the daily cash receipts, updating of sales invoices, and send monthly billing statements to customers. You’ll manage supplier invoices, prepare monthly bank reconciliations, and support the quarterly GST report. For HR and admin matters, you will You’ll manage payroll processing, CPF filings.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accountancy and Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting and payroll experience in a fast-paced environment. You are an independent worker, and comfortable being hands-on.

Are you a detail-oriented finance expert with a passion for accounting and HR? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Finance Manager to join my client’s vibrant team. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our financial and HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things finance and HR such as ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local regulations and IFRS, and oversee the month end closing process. You will also be the main point of contact with external auditors, and also ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls. On the HR side, you’ll manage payroll processing, drafting of employment contracts and upkeeping the integrity of the company system.

The ideal candidate should be CPA or CA, with a degree in Accountancy and Finance with a minimum of 10 years of regional finance accounting experience. You are able to deal with regional stakeholders, and able to work independently in a smaller-set up within a large organisation.

I am currently recruiting for an Admin for a Private Surgical Eye Clinic based in the CBD. This clinic has been established for a number of years' but was recently purchased and rebranded by a new doctor and they are looking to build out a new team to service their patients.

They are looking for you to help maintain the clinics excellent standing and reputation whilst also helping them to modernise and improve.

The Admin will be responsible for:

• Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and payment collection, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
• Provide financial counselling services, including pre-surgery financial discussions with patients and caregivers, and schedule pre-operative assessments and surgeries.
• Facilitate patient inquiries, prepare clinical documents for consultations, and assist in generating clinic reports while liaising with medical staff and internal departments as needed.

The Admin will be / have:

• Min qualification of GCE 'A' Level or equivalent, with at least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on effective patient interactions and situational handling.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work well in a team; must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be available to work on Saturdays.
