Admin Executive cum Receptionist
Main Duties:
- Raising sales order & do invoicing/prepare proforma invoice
- Arrange local/overseas shipments
- Local/overseas courier for document & sample for clients
- Picking calls – pertaining to customer enquires/transfer calls
- Preparing certification required for overseas shipment
Ad-hoc Duties:
- Maintain/purchase office/pantry inventory
- Receive document/packages from courier (arrange payment if required)
- Assist regulatory to prepare document for signature
- Source for forwarders for overseas shipment
- Prepare invoices for audit purpose
- Assist to arrange for hotel/flight booking (if required), organize engagement activities
- Others
Minimum Qualifications:
- O/A Levels /Diploma in Office Skills
- Min 1-2 year’s relevant experience in administrative and operations support
- Meticulous and organized, good follow-up skills and initiative
- Excellent in managing documentation and paper work
- Multitasking and able to take stress
