Job Description:
- Support the crewing department in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes and follow up with relevant parties;
- Check that candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate or qualification documents);
- Prepare crew employment contracts, apply visa letter of guarantee and related travel & job requirements;
- Assist on travel arrangement of the mobilization and de-mobilization of the crews including air tickets, visa application, hotel accommodation etc.;
- Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties;
- Assist in answering phone calls and attend to office guests;
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as and when required or assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum"N" level holders;
- A team player, resourceful, good people management and work under pressure;
- Meticulous in record keeping;
- Have some experience working in a marine environment will be advantageous;
- Able to correspondence in Bahasa Indonesia will be an asset.
