Sales admin:
· Follow the process from Order booking till Sales invoicing with close communication with internal team members & customers
· Manage relationships with customs and transportation suppliers.
· Optimizes the flow of information between departments involved in the processing of customers’ requests
Logistics
· Track import orders
· Track, prepare, and send orders within the specified time frame to customers
· Handling disputes related to transportation (package loss, delivery to incorrect address, etc.) = occasional tasks
· Stock management with first in first out
Requirement
· Major in International Trade/Logistics and related 3 years+ working experience
· English (Reading Writing Speaking)
· Computer skills (ERP - CRM - MS Office (Excel & PPT))
· Required experience: Customer Service - Import and Export
