Job Description
- To give support to the Property Legal (Leases) Department of Legal Group in doing conveyancing work re: preparing legal instruments for registration with the Singapore Land Authority, issuing leases, filing work, maintaining title records and such other conveyancing related matters as may be assigned.
- Training will be provided.
Additional Requirements
- Be meticulous and independent.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office with effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Working Arrangement: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 6.00pm Fridays: 8.30 am to 5.30pm
Location: Toa Payoh
Salary: $14/hour
Contract Period: 3 months (extension subject to performance and department's requirements & needs)
