Job Descriptions
- Manage and regularly interacting with internal and external clients with through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings;
- Manage calendars, meetings and appointments;
- Generate and prepare all correspondences, confidential documents and reports;
- Provide executive support to lawyers and senior conveyancing executives in all aspects of their works; and
- Other administrative tasks including but not limited to eLodgement, safekeeping, scanning, filing, etc.
Job Requirements
- Able to work independently;
- Conscientious worker with an eye for detail;
- Effective communication skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Applicants with no relevant or partial experience but are open to learning new skills and taking on challenges are invited to apply; and
- On the job training will be provided.
