Administrative Staff Job Description:
- To support daily operations; handle general office tasks.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork.
- Maintain proper records of transactions.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining company databases.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
- Working day 5 days ( Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00PM )
Requirements:
- Diploma in accountancy, finance or HR related fields.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with refrigeration or construction industries is a plus but not mandatory.
