This position is responsible for administrative and coordination duties between kitchen and operations and Catering Sales Team in Creative Eateries Catering division.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative duties

· Printing of food tags, Function Orders, Timestamps

· Filing of Invoices

· Submission of Petty cash claims

· Issuance of Uniforms

· Booking of ad-hoc services e.g. delivery services

Submissions to HR Department

· Submission of Part-time staff salary details

· Submission of salary claims on Attendance Management System

Certification Systems

· Implementation of Halal System e.g. filing of documents, Good Receiving

· Implementation of Food Safety System e.g. forms recording

Reports directly to Director of Corporate Affairs & Human Resources &

Catering Operations Manager.

· Supports Corporate Affairs

· Supports Executive Chef

· Any other ad hoc administrative duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

· At least 1 year(s) of administrative experience in the related field

· Ability to work independently and in a team

· High level of responsibility and initiative

· Working Location: Senoko (FoodAxis)

· 5 Days Work Week (4 Weekdays & 1 Weekend)

This position is responsible for assisting in the Accounts Department of Creative Eateries HQ.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Sort and pack of documents/invoices

· Bill audit of daily sales

· Counting of vouchers

· Courier arrangements between Singapore and Malaysia

· Filing/Packing of documents

· Monthly closing for Accounts Receivables

· Any other adhoc administrative duties

REQUIREMENTS

· Min. O level certificate is required

· Knowledge in accounting will be an advantage

· Familiar with Microsoft Excel

· Detail Oriented with strong organizational skills

· Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills is needed to communicate across levels

· Ability to work independently and in a team

Job Description

Administrative Matters

· Prepare inventory listing of the pastry & production team and submit to the Account Department

· Maintain pending GRN Invoice on the Procurement System

· Vet through orders for the Production Team from the restaurants and ensure request are categorized accordingly

· Prepare petty cash claims

· Any other adhoc administrative duties as required

Logistics-related Matters

· Ensure food tags, menu cards and time stamp are printed before food delivery

· Ensure stock check is conducted and items below par level are submitted for order

· Checking of the Sales Order System and ensure function orders are printed out for the drivers and kitchen team

· Booking of delivery drivers for adhoc deliveries

Certification-related Matters

· Ensure implementation of Food Safety System and ISO22000 (forms recording, equipment temperature checks, etc)

· Maintain the Food Hygiene Certification File and ensure all food handlers have valid certificates

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma fresh graduates are welcome too

· At least 1 year of administrative experience in the related field

· Ability to work independently and in a team

· Good Interpersonal Communication Skills

· High level of responsibility and initiative
