Scope of Works:

• Assist in preparing materials and equipment needed by teachers for all curricular and co-curricular activities.
• Assist teachers in distribution and collection of worksheets and notes, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth running of activity.
• Assist in preparation of laboratory apparatus, equipment, and teaching materials for scheduled laboratory activities.
• Assist in classroom management in the science lab (e.g group work activities)
• Responsible for the setup, clean up and general maintenance of the science laboratories and Science areas.
• Assist in maintaining the Science lab equipment and resources (stock-taking)
• Assist teachers in ensuring students’ safety in the labs and during fieldtrips.

Other Duties:

• Assist in school duties when necessary.
• Assist and support in the running of school activities involving pupils.
• Assist in providing frontline counter duties (e.g., answering phone calls, contacting parents of pupils who are unwell and need to be taken home
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Principal/ Vice-Principal/ Key Personnel

Contract Period:

1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025

Deployment:

Mon, Tues, Wed & Friday - 6.45 am to 3.00 pm

Thurs - 6.45 am to 5.00 pm

Service not required on Sat, Sun and PH's

Scope of Works:

Front Desk Operation

• Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the relevant parties
• Take down messages and convey messages to the relevant parties concerned
• Man reception area and attend to school visitors
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the school’s reception area
• Assist the administration of security procedures i.e. sign-in / out for visitors
• Assist in collating the class registers and students’ attendance.
• Prepare the meeting rooms prior to meeting
• Receive and direct visitors to meeting room
• Arrange for refreshment if required

Other Administrative Duties

• Assist in issuing of class registers to the students or teachers
• Assist other school staff in collating non-confidential information and filing of non-confidential documents.
• Handle other administrative work assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals and Administration Manager

Requirements:

• NITEC (Office Skills) or minimum 5 GCE ‘O’ Level including pass in English Language. Officer without the required ‘O’ level passes but with relevant experience could also be considered.
• IT literate and proficient in the use of common office utility software (e.g. Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Resourceful and able to harness information from various information sources (e.g. World Wide Web).
• Pleasant and service-oriented with at least 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Support Officer and have done work similar or equivalent to the job scopes mentioned above.
• Preferably have experience working in schools and deal with young children.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to relate to people
• Able to work independently and as a team player ability to use certain IT systems like SC mobile.

Contract Period:

• From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.

Deployment:

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Scope of Works:

• To attend to enquiries including walk-in, call-in and follow up with customers’ enquiries;
• To attend and keep a record of sick/injured students;
• To manage incoming and outgoing mails
• To assist in receiving and distribution of goods;
• To assist in filing, recording of lost-and-found items and perform other ad-hoc and simple administrative duties as and when necessary

Contract Period:

• From 01 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (12 months) + Optional 2 years

Deployment:

• Mondays to Fridays: 12:30pm to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1hr meal break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Works:

1. Ensure that the day-to-day operation and administration of the general office and the school library is efficient and that the system, resources and equipment are well maintained, including:

• Collating of data for the college
• Administer daily student loan of laptops, uniforms, etc.
• Administer daily booking and usage of discussion rooms
• Administer student / staff information
• Organise office stores and physical library resources
• Design and decorate the general office and library spaces
• Maintain a collection of newspaper articles suitable for use as supplementary resources to support teaching and learning
• Assist in coordinating with supplier(s) on the delivery of office supplies, teaching resources and library resources
• Loan of ICT/AV equipment
• Printing, photocopying and filing of materials
• Set up refreshments for meetings
• Any other duties as assigned by AM

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Friday : 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Scope:

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Running of errands,

2. Packing, receiving and sorting of office supplies, documents and collaterals,

3. Data entry using Microsoft excel and maintain accurate information of records,

4. Printing and photocopying jobs,

5. Support logistics and administrative tasks in school activities and events,

6. Keep office clean and tidy,

7. Any other duties delegated by Administration Managers, Viceprincipals and Principal.

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills

and experience:

• Pleasant Personality, willingness and inquisitiveness to learn.
• Be a team player, organized and able to multi-task and priortise daily tasks using today’s office technologies and computer applications.
• Preferably have GCE O-Levels or with relevant administrative working experience.

Note:As the General office is located at Level 2 of the school premises and there is no lift access to Level 2, personnel must be able to perform daily activities such as climbing stairs.
