Responsibilities:
- Provide general admin support for office and projects
- Answering of phone calls and attend to walk-ins
- Arrange courier, update office inventory
- Process monthly expenses claims for staff
- Monthly project tracking and update
- Assist in ISO documentation
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties and human resources duties
Job Requirements
- Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage
- GCE O/N Level, ITE or Diploma or a related discipline
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook)
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and set priorities.
