Responsibilities:
- Prepare and complete internal contracts/agreements such as shipman, termination of shipman, bareboat, time-charter, back-to-back agreement, etc;
- Arrange for notarization of relevant documents
- Follow-ups with relevant internal and external parties
- Assist Management with sourcing of information on legality
- Assist Management with Corporate matters
- Assist with company secretarial matters
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1 year of related legal work experience is preferred
- Min. Diploma in legal related field of studies
- Good communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
- Work location: Ubi
- Salary: up to $3800
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice will be an added advantage
