Roles & Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support Manage executives’ schedules, appointments, and calendars.
   Coordinate and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
   Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for the leadership team.
   
2. Office Management Oversee the organization and maintenance of office files, documents, and supplies.
   Ensure the office environment remains professional, organized, and functional.
   Serve as the primary contact for office-related inquiries and support staff.
   
3. Communication Management Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and letters.
   Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of the management team.
   Draft and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
   
4. Task Coordination Track deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure the timely completion of assignments.
   Support the team with project coordination and follow-ups.
   Act as a bridge between departments to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
   
5. Confidentiality and Professionalism Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
   Uphold a professional demeanor in all interactions and communications.
   
6. Support to Leadership Provide personal assistance to director when needed.
   Assist in decision-making by organizing key data and insights.
   Anticipate needs and proactively address potential challenges.
   
7. General Administrative Duties Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as required.
   Process expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements accurately.
   Support team events, workshops, or office initiatives as needed.
