• To be a team member of innovation to drive productivity and improvement through IT software
• To power BI to enhance the data visualization of individual departments.
• Provide actionable recommendation based on data findings to support strategic planning, process improvement and optimization initiatives.
• To be contributing to innovative team as a driving member at CargoWise implementation.
• To assist in overall administration in the event of upsurge in CEO and COO offices

Qualification:

• Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in any dripline
• Be converse in Excel spreadsheet
• Be numerate
• Ability to write well
• Experienced with above skills without higher qualification might be considered

Job Description

Import Support Admin (Part Time)

• To assist in daily support / operations.
• To sort import airfreight documents for finance and e-invoicing.
• To prepare e-invoice listing.
• To create jobs and invoice from systems.
• To assist in generating reports.
• Any other ad-hoc admin paperwork assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum O 'Level and above.
• 5 hours work time, 5 days work week (Mon - Fri) Hourly rate at $10 per hour
• Require basic airfreight knowledge preferable.
• Must be knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Ensure punctuality and good attendance.
• To work together as a team.

The Executive is accountable to HR & Admin HOD and is responsible to assist with the talent acquisition, policy development, objectives determination, and other human resource processes in GAI. In addition to that, the executive will also be responsible to shape GAI’s work and employee policy.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Review, formulate, implement and maintain HR Policies and Procedures.
• Provide general HR and admin support (Appointment letter, new staff orientation & etc.)
• Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support for foreign employee such as handling work pass applications, renewal and cancellation of foreign workers.
• Responsible for claims of government grants such as maternity leave and childcare leave applications.
• Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports.
• Manage the training and development needs of employee and administering the full spectrum of training and course.
• Maintaining of personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date.
• Any ad-hoc and admin duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Operations.
• Experience in Logistic and Airfreight Industry would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Prosoft Unit 4.
• Good communication & Interpersonal Skills
• A team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
• Organised, meticulous and able to multitask and work under pressure.
