Job Description
- Develop and implement Pulic Relation Programme to meet the project goals ;
- Work closely with Project Team and initiate proactive measures to mitigate complaints ;
- Manage feedbacks and complaints from external stakeholders ;
- Generate reports on feedbacks/complaints received ;
- Draft publicity materials including circulars ;
- Maintain and attend to the hotline phone-calls ;
- Support Project Team with administrative / clerical duties ;
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as the management deem fit.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Public Relations / Communications or related field ;
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in related field ;
