Job Responsibilities:

· Handle and support day-to-day HR and Admin related matters

· Prepare HR Letters (i.e. Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion, etc.)

· Maintain accuracy of HR database and updating employee records in HR information system

· Follow up and ensure that all employees’ employment status is updated and processed timely

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or related field

The IT Admin will procure, maintain, and administer computers and office technical equipment in our HQ Office and islandwide project sites. He or she will support and report to the IT Executive in the day-to-day IT functions.

He or she will also support colleagues by resolving IT problems. We are looking for someone who an independently manage IT tasks while ensuring our team’s productivity and satisfaction.

Duties:

- Purchase, install, configure, test and maintain computers and all other office technical/network equipment for users and project sites (Includes both hardware and software)

- Maintain IT Assets inventory and routine inspection of IT equipment

- Accurate documentation of any hardware failure, repair, installation and removal

- Responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting of technical issues with hardware and software

- Coordinate with HR department for staff onboarding and offboarding (e.g. create / deactivate email / corporate accounts, deploy / recover assigned IT equipments, VPN etc.)

- Other ad-hoc IT department duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in IT field of study

- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with China counterparts

- Basic knowledge of common operating systems/workstations (Windows, Linux)

- Basic knowledge of hardware components in technical equipment
