Working Hours:
- Days: Mondays to Fridays
- Time: 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM (no lunch break included)
- Service Exclusions: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Responsibilities:
- Errands & Messaging:Convey messages to parents and staff within the school premises.
- Data Entry:Record the late coming of students.
Maintain records of loaned uniforms to students.
Update the daily staff absence data.
Log student sick reports in the designated log books.
- Document Handling:Receive and register incoming documents at the front office.
- File Management:Sort and organize daily files at the office counter.
- General Administrative Support:Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by school leaders.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Educational Qualifications:
- Preferably a GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist.
- Prior general administration experience, particularly in a school environment, is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with basic internet tools (e.g., Gmail, WhatsApp Web).
Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with students aged 13 to 17 years.
