Responsibilities:
Corporate Secretarial Duties:
- Responsible for handling a portfolio of clients (local), attending to all their corporate secretarial matters
- which include incorporation, registration and the on-going administration of companies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct compliance checks, e.g. KYC, customer due diligence.
- Efficiently maintain the statutory register and records of all our clients.
Company Governance:
- Assist in the organisation and preparation of board meetings and general meetings.
- Efficiently maintain the statutory register and records of all our clients.
- Filing and Documentation:
- Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities.
- Draft and review legal documents related to corporate secretarial matters.
Client Management and Engagement:
- Manage and engage with clients on corporate secretarial matters.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Advisory Support:
- Provide expert advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Keep abreast of relevant development and changes in statutory and regulatory obligations.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on corporate secretarial matters.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with relevant parties.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years of corporate secretarial experience.
- Familiarity with Singapore's regulatory framework and company law.
- Independent, well-organised, with good communication (written and verbal) and time management skills.
- Positive work attitude, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
