- Managing stock
- Liaise with client, suppliers and contractors
- Assist sales in generating the quotation to client
- Follow up with client for PO and work arrangements
- Application of training course for technicians
- Managing the handover process from Project side
- Recording and filling of new contract
- Recording of all the service report
- Prepare monthly summary service report
- Any other ad hoc job
