Key responsibilities include:
• Adopt and improve Income’s Online to Offline journey
• Provide consultative financial advisory services to meet customers’ financial goals
• Adhere with stipulated service levels and follow through with customer appointments on time
• Maintaining long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers
· Proactively offer Life, Health, General Insurance to potential customers
Qualifications
You should have the following:
• Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services telesales or advisory
• Passionate about helping customers achieve greater financial competency
• Outcome-driven and motivated by performance-based rewards
• Proficient in remote sales engagement
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong teamwork with a positive customer and corporate focused attitude
• CMFAS certifications: M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI, CGI, PGI & BCP
