The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager of the Hotel. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the GM's office by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and acting as a liaison between the General Manager and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the General Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the General Manager.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Liaise with department heads and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on meeting objectives and logistics.:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the General Manager and internal staff, clients, and external partners.
- Manage communication flow between the GM’s office and other departments, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
- Assist with coordinating and implementing special projects assigned by the General Manager.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations as needed.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience working closely with senior executives or General Managers.
