Job Purpose:
The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the Nursing
Department. May handle confidential information from time to time and maintains strict confidentiality.
Job Descriptions:
• Provides administrative and operational support to the Nursing Department.
• Supports regular Nursing Department meetings/ trainings by making logistics arrangements.
• Process and handle finance transactions, payment and claims.
• Makes arrangements for and co-ordinates meetings or events convened by the Nursing Department, and for catering requirements when necessary.
• Collates and updates tracking sheets, budget, and any other clerical support to Nursing Department
• Requisites and monitor utilization of office supplies in the Nursing department.
• Supports in Training and Development - coordinate department training internal/external course and provide logistics support for training setup
• Database management – maintain training records, KPIs, Policies and submit training hours to Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Provides administration support for onboarding nurses such as IT and pass access.
• Participates and supports in projects and events, and any other duties as and when assigned or appointed.
• Provides non-clinical support in clinical areas.
• Plans manpower to ensure sufficient staffing through rostering.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Good IT skills and highly proficient in MS Office applications such MS Word, Excel, Power point.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast paced working environment and possess good time management.
• Meticulous and eye for details.
• Positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff.
