Role : PMO Admin Executive / Operational Support Analyst
- Provision in Microsoft Office, knowing how to use Microsoft Excel to tabulate data for data analysis, reporting, Powerpoint to compile and generate slides for presentation.
- Able to multitask without compromising of work quality ie. Multiple onboarding / offboarding on the same day.
- Preferably having experience working in Financial Industry, with prior knowledge of how Financial Institution works.
- Must have overall 2+ years Operational Support & Analyst or Operational Admin related experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising of eMemo/Contract activities
- Staff Onboarding/Off-boarding process
- Streamline, clean up, create proper hierarchy for document repository
- Tracker and chaser deliverables and To-Dos
- Liaise with Service Recovery Test Center of Excellence (STSS) / Finance
- Support in SDM and related documentation activities
- Communicating and following up admin support for Control-M scheduled maintenance related activities
- Report generation / inputs for broader reporting for pillar based on data pulled from various resources
- Admin support, coordination, governance activities for production pillar
- Data clean up, highlighting quality issues based on checklist and correction as per guidelines
- Setup of meetings, capture minutes, follow ups with teams as required.
- All other non-technical tasks that can be performed within Service Recovery to support the Service Recovery team
Expected Work Result:
- Raising eMemo before the current memo expire, associated doc readiness, tracking and alignment with Service Recovery Test Center of Excellence / Finance
- Staff pass, Laptop, LAN ID, Access applications to various system
- Organizing in uCloud, Confluence or SharePoint etc
- Audits, Compliances, Risk, Mandatory Training, Leaves & Timesheets
- OPEX/CAPEX tracker, processing of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, Invoice payment
