Job Responsibilities:

1. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
2. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies
3. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
4. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization
5. Prepares regularly scheduled reports by collecting and analysing information accurately
6. Prepare documents for clients as assigned
7. Submission of forms and documents for consultants and clients
8. Handle clients’ and any sensitive information in a confidential manner
9. Procuring gifts for business purposes, such as client appreciation, employee recognition or promotional events
10. Preparation of gifts for delivery to clients and employees
11. Provide support for manager and director through tasks as assigned
12. Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

1. Prior experience within administration
2. Independent and self-motivated
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support on pre and post sales matters.
• Assist Director in calling customers and setting appointments
• Taking client’s queries on behalf of Director whenever required.
• Maintain Director’s appointment schedule by scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Design and update meeting slides, rewards/challenges, and upcoming events for the team.
• Liaising with clients for any outstanding documentation, maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mails.
• Submission and follow-up on documents via system.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties such as maintenance of proper filing system for client database.
• Tracking of daily expenses, consolidating, and preparing of monthly tax receipts and claims.
• Other ad-hoc duties whenever required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business/ Marketing/ or relevant discipline
• Strong team player, willing to learn and able to work independently
• Competent in MS office knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT) and exposure with Canva and Photoshop will be highly preferred
