Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to support the director in managing daily operations and driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

• Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director

Project Coordination:

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and monitoring key projects.
• Research and compile information for presentations and reports.
• Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between director and teams across the organization.

Office Management and Administrative:

• Assist in ad-hoc arranging and transfer payment to company suppliers and personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security.
• Assist with ad-hoc office-related administrative tasks to support Director when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (1+ years preferred).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
• Good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Basic $2,500 - $4,500

Admin duties

General admin duties ,Filing , General Admin duties, Sales quote , following up on project quote .

Accounts Duties

* Perform bookkeeping transactions for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL); handle partial or full sets of accounts.

* Assist in preparing management accounts for year-end filing.

* Perform invoicing within the accounting system.

* Prepare payroll reports.

* Physically file and e-file documents.

* Perform any other duties as required.

Requirements

* Minimum qualification: LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

* Proficiency in accounting principles such as bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

* At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.

* Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).

* Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, self-initiative, proactivity, attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, meticulousness, and ability to work fast , independently and multi-task.

* Prossess good organization , communication and people skill.

* Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin
