Summary
The individual is responsible for supporting the back office for the Technical Service department to deliver smooth efficient processes
Job Responsibility
- Arrangement related to department meeting and team training
- Support Repair Centre and Field activities to ensure timely receipt, repairs and return
- Complete, clear and timely update in the Service Management System related to Workorder, Orders, Accounts Information, Assets Information through daily updates and documentation
- Liaises with Internal and External suppliers Warehouse, distribution partners, Technical Service Team, Affiliates, third party service partners and Supply Chain on matters related to imports, exports, shipment and orders
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
- Minimum Diploma in any field of studies
- Minimum 1 year of Admin/ Customer Service/ Operations experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Problem solving and organization skills
