With their ever-growing expansion, they are looking to hire Admin & Finance Executives to assist with their daily operations and manage admin and performance related functions in a Senior Care Centre.

Would this be the next career for you?

• Interact with new clients and prepare client service contracts
• Process fee invoices and handle fee collection
• Manage scheduling of clients for the service and their transportation
• Perform compilation and analysis of key indicators where required
• Be involved in SPO preparation and digitalization
• Process subvention claims for submission to regulatory agencies
• Take charge of inventory controls and equipment maintenance
• Oversee purchasing functions
• Support administration of customer service and client feedback
• Be involved in projects or process improvements (either self-initiated or assigned)

If you’re someone with the following, let’s chat!

• Min. Diploma in Business and/or Management or Degree in any discipline
• Min. 1 year experience in the field

· Word processing, minute taking, photocopying, scanning, document posting, etc

· Lead office supply management and inventory controls

· Maintain proper records and filing of documents for audit by MSF and external auditor

· Support and provide administrative assistance to the different Department

· Other ad hoc admin duties assigned from time to time

· Process petty cash claims ensuring that payments are timely and accurately reimbursed

· Settle bills, invoices, etc

· Banking in of cash receipts/Encashing of cash float cheque

· Maintain proper accounting records for audit purpose

· Attend to external auditors during statutory audit

· Submit timely reports

· Other ad hoc financial responsibilities

· Process ad hoc payments for suppliers, contractors, part-timers, volunteers’ other allowances

· Effective communication skills (oral and written)

· Basic knowledge on bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable

· Ability to work independently and as a team

· Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines

· Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
