Our client is an established company in Real Instate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Personal Assistant to support their CEO, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.

Duties of PA:

• Support daily operations in managing the household for the family.
• Coordinate children's education and extra-curricular activities schedule.
• Supervise and organize the work schedule for domestic helpers and the driver.
• Plan and execute in-house events and parties, handling catering menus, event logistics, guest lists, invitations, and attendance when necessary.
• Collaborate with the secretarial team to manage meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and diary-related matters.
• Arrange and facilitate meetings for both business and personal requirements.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Able to communicate in both English and Korean to communicate with Korean boss
• Experience in service line
