Description

Support the team in all aspect of the general administration including but not limited to, maintenance, leasing, insurance, office equipment and purchasing of support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling day to day administration, maintaining records, filling, purchase order preparation, petty cash claims and document control.
• Management and maintain all filing, inventory and client database
• Responsible for coordinating Corporate Communications for the Company.
• Co-ordinate all aspects of the Company Website, including updating of website every 3 months when necessary, and an overall revamp of the website once every 5 years
• Co-ordinate corporate materials including artwork and contractors/suppliers for Events & Exhibitions
  Support Customer Appreciation Activities e.g. events, gifting
• Co-ordinate Customer Satisfaction Surveys in line with Company ISO Policy
• Source & procure marketing collaterals including Corporate gifts
• Regular scanning of media, specifically newspapers for related and relevant articles and to collate these articles weekly for dissemination to management.
• Co-ordinate various licenses/ renewal/application e.g. BCA Contractor’s Registry, I.E Singapore’s Double Tax
• Co-ordinate interviews, photography session, provision of information for Directors/staff for media enquires/interaction
• Work closely with BDD team to develop Corporate Presentation and update once every 6 months
• Co-ordinate collating of Corporate Info Pack, including Corporate Presentation
• Work closely with BD Executives to assist with HR needs
• Maintain HR related records in the share space, Responsible for Rotary Intranet (BDD)
• To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.
• To consider HSE aspects when planning and carrying out tasks to eliminate and reduce HSE hazards, aspects and risks.
  

Requirements

• Preferably GCE O / A Level or Diploma in Business Administration
• Preferably 2 year experience handling general administration and/or secretary’s duties.
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and Power Point
  

Description

Under direct supervision of Project Manager, provides general administration support to project assigned.

Responsibilities

· Update Daily Manpower Report (based on submission from BUs, QA/QC and HSE)

· Transport Arrangement for site workers/staff for (daily and weekend)

· Petty Cash Reimbursement - collect the petty cash claims and maintain the records for all sitestaffs

· Preparing cash journal in SAP for site expenses

· Request site access card/activity code card for sitepersonnel

· Maintain the records for issue of access card/activity code card

· Issuing of stationery for site staffs

· Replenish stationery/pantry items

· Prepare the Procurement Plan for stationery/pantry items with the guide of Construction Manager

· Man-hours/timecards submission to HRD

· Arrange the necessary things such as dinner, transport etc. for overtime work

· Site meeting arrangement

· Responsible for collating, issuing and purchasing of stationeries and others for site personnel

· Collect the DO/Timesheet/Service Report from vendor or supplier and send to main office

· Perform any ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements

· Preferably with Office Skill Certificate or O level

· Preferably 1 -2 years of relevant working experience in site / construction environment

· Computer literate in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP

· Meticulous and detailed

· Positive attitudes/Drive for result

· Good interpersonal skills

· Team player

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Able to work under pressure
