Oversee the development and execution of HR and office administration strategies aligned with company’s objectives
Lead initiatives to support productivity, employee engagement, and retention
Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, managing conflicts and maintaining effective communication between employee and management
Manage and resolve industrial relations issues, including union negotiations, disputes and grievances
Promote a positive organisational culture through effective employee communication, conflict resolution, and team-building initiatives
Foster employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
Manage performance appraisal systems and employee career development
Work closely with HR Department, Operations Department and Accounts Department
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Requirements:
Proven experience as administration manager
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Proficient in MS Office
An analytical & attentive mind with problem-solving skill
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
