Requirements
- Preferably with 2 years of Administrative/ Accounting experience
Responsibilities
- Assist the company's management team with administrative and accounting tasks.
- Perform general office duties and upkeep of office to ensure that it is always neat and tidy.
- Assist to prepare sale quotation and invoices
- Keep good records of the company documentation.
- Assist in coordination with vendors
- Printing, scanning and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, invoices issued etc.)
- Keeping good records of supplier invoices and payment
- Other admin/accounts duties as assigned by superior.
- Assist team on project coordination if required
- Assist team on submitting permit to work application to landlord before projects commence
